Entry qualification | Bachelor diploma (or equivalent) A minimum three-year undergraduate degree (or equivalent) is required with related subjects or proven skills in Mathematics and informatics and/or Electronics, Information processing systems and/or Statistics for experimental and technological research; Chemistry; Physics; Industrial engineering and/or Structural mechanics. The entry qualification documents are accepted in the following languages: English / Italian. You can often get a suitable transcript from your school. If this is not the case, you will need official translations along with verified copies of the original. You must take the original entry qualification documents with you when you finally go to the university. If you are admitted to the degree course, you will have to submit other documents including original and translated/legalised copies of your previous qualifications, etc. No legalised documents are required at application stage. |

Overview
The Master’s Degree in Materials Engineering trains graduates provided with a specific professional knowledge addressed to find the best solutions for developing materials and related processes and uses.
This Master’s Degree pursues the following specific aims: acquisition of mastery of scientific methodologies and equipment for laboratory investigation; acquisition of a thorough expertise in the selection and production of materials related to use conditions, in the development of new materials or combination of materials and in the redefinition and expansion of the sectors where traditional materials can be used; acquisition of a solid background in traditional technologies for the production and processing of materials and of the ability to devise, plan, design and manage complex and/or innovative processes.
Some course units are held in English.
