Entry qualification | Bachelor diploma (or equivalent) A minimum three-year undergraduate degree (or equivalent) in one or more of the following areas: Economics and Management, Marketing & Communication, Business Economics, International Business Economics, Business Administration, Management Engineering, Economics and Statistics, Economics and Law. Applicants who do not have one of the above-mentioned degrees can also be qualified for the MSc in Entrepreneurship and Innovation, if the core academic areas listed below are covered: 1. Management (considered in terms of any of the following: accounting, marketing, operations management, organizational behaviour, business development, business strategy) Your educational background will be subject to an overall individual assessment, based on your CV, transcript of records, motivation letter and letters of references. Please verify country-based specific entry title requirements at the following link. GMAT or GRE test (not mandatory) Please note: you can participate to the selection also with the GMAT unofficial score but, in case of admission, you will be asked to upload the Official Score before the enrolment deadline. Whenever necessary, the Commission may also ask candidates for an on-line interview. The entry qualification documents are accepted in the following languages: English / Italian. You can often get a suitable transcript from your school. If this is not the case, you will need official translations along with verified copies of the original. You must take the original entry qualification documents with you when you finally go to the university. If you are admitted to the degree course, you will have to submit other documents including original and translated/legalised copies of your previous qualifications, etc. No legalised documents are required at application stage. |

Overview
The Master’s degree aims at training business developers and new entrepreneurs able to define and apply sustainable business models, master multi-dimensional forms of innovation (technological, marketing, organisational, social innovation), create and grow companies in the current digital scenario, within a global environment. Students benefit from pioneering research and learning-by-doing activities through managerial labs. Case study presentations, meetings with entrepreneurs and business events are organised throughout the programme.

2nd Year: Entrepreneurship and Strategies for Growth; Service Management; Economics of Human Resources; Organization Design and Governance of Human Capital.
Career opportunities
Graduates work as counsellors and executives in manufacturing SMEs, large firms, spin-offs or dedicated business units where supervision to the implementation of new business strategies, internationalisation or innovation is needed. Moreover, they can find employment in non-profit organisations oriented to innovation.
