Overview
The programme is aimed at educating a professional who is able to address the challenges issued by the sector of constructions as well as of management and protection of land. The training is particularly focused on practical aspects and applications, including several laboratory activities.
This vocational training course guarantees a general education in the basic subject areas and is specially oriented to the core topics of the program. Starting from the second semester of the first year, core educational activities are already included, e.g. in the fields of construction, environment, architecture and urban planning.
The training framework is completed by multidisciplinary activities and electives, to design a flexible and modern professional. The purpose of this degree program is to provide skills targeted at: design activities, architectural and topographic surveys, cadastral data processing, real estate and property evaluations, project and work management.
Career opportunities
Graduates will be able to manage private practice in individual or associated form, work at engineering and architecture offices, be employed within public and private institutions dealing with construction and building management. Further, graduates will have the possibility to work in real estate agencies, offices collecting and processing building market data, notary offices, risk and safety analysis offices, licensing and performance measurement institutions, including energy performance assessment.
